The whole city will become a sort of large Christmas market. In fact, the lights and stalls will be set up in Piazza Università, Via Etnea, Viale XX Settembre, Corso Italia, Via Umberto, Via Gabriele D’Annunzio and Viale Vittorio Veneto.

In particular, the must-see attractions are the large Christmas tree in Piazza Università and the always-awaited lights in Via Etnea. And in Piazza Università there is also the great novelty of the Christmas markets 2019 in Catania: the “Christmas Village”, with wooden houses where 87 artisans will exhibit their creations (the Christmas Village will be open until December 26^th).

Walking these streets and squares, you will find delicacies and Christmas specialties, and you will admire some of the most beautiful places in Catania.
