San Vito Lo Capo, with its wonderful city, the mild climate and the crystal clear sea, will be the location of this event another time. And it will become the meeting point of cultures and different culinary traditions. Especially in the days between the 18th and 27th September 2015, when the new edition of Cous cous fest will be held.
The 2015 edition
After 18 years, the soul of the Cous cous fest remained the same of the first edition: a big festival where the real protagonist is the cultural integration. Like every year, there will be cooking shows of famous chef, cous cous lessons, concerts.
The big change of this year will be the first edition of the Italian cous cous Championship, that will be held on 18th and 19th September. Six professional chefs, coming from every part of Italy, will compete to win the title of “Best Italian chef of Cous cous fest”.
San Vito Lo Capo
As said before, the Cous cous fest will be held from 18th to 27th September. Maybe you don’t know, but Sicily in September will let you enjoy the final part of summer. And the beach of San Vito Lo Capo is one of the most appreciated in the isle.
