Etna Adventure Park: 5 things to know for a day immersed in the nature

During your next holiday in Sicily, you want one thing: spending at least one day doing outdoor activities, immersed in lush and unspoiled nature. For this reasons your destination must be the Etna Adventure Park, one of the most beautiful adventure parks of Sicily.

To organize better your day, there are five things you need to know.

1. Activities

There are 15 paths of different difficulty, for the kids and the adults, in the Etna Adventure Park, the most big in Sicily. In this adventure park you can do canyoning, climbing, caving, trekking and 4wd tour.

Furthermore, there are many refreshment stands to relax after your sport activities.

2. How to get

Etna Adventure Park is located in Milo, a small town in the metropolitan city of Catania.

How to get to the park starting just from Catania:

• take the A18 toward Messina;
• exit at Giarre;
• from Giarre, take the country road 4i, the country road 118 and the road 75 following the signs for Milo;
• the trip by car takes about 47 minutes.

3. Opening times

The Etna Adventure Park is open during the whole year. And precisely:

• in winter, in spring and in autumn, the park is open on Saturday, on Sunday and holidays from 10:00 to sunset;
• In summer (from 15 June to 15 September), the park is open every day from 10:00 to 20:00.

The park is open every day for groups, classes, scouts and birthdays.

4. Costs

The ticket cost changes according to the age of the participants and according to the duration of the visit. In general, it ranges from a minimum of 5 € per person, to a maximum of 25 € per person.
