Madonie adventure park: how to get there from Palermo and from Catania

Tree climbing, hiking, mountain biking, archery: if the Madonie adventure park is considered one of the most beautiful adventure parks in Sicily, the reasons are different. As you surely know, since you want to know how to get there.

How to get there from Palermo:

• Take the A19 motorway towards Catania.
• Take Tremmonzelli exit (about eighty kilometers from Palermo).
• Take state highway 120 and follow the road signs to Castellana Sicula – Petralia Sottana.
• Once in Petralia Sottana, take the county road 54 following the road signs to Piano Battaglia.
• You will reach the Madonie adventure park.

The journey by car takes about one hour and thirty minutes.

How to get there from Catania:

• Take the A19 motorway towards Palermo.
• Take Irosa exit.
• Follow the road signs to Petralia Sottana.
• Once in Petralia Sottana, take the county road 54 following the road signs to Piano Battaglia.
• You will reach the Madonie adventure park.

The journey by car takes about two hours.

Tickets and opening times

From March to December, the Madonie adventure park is open every day, from 8:30am to 6pm. In August, it is open from 8:30am to 7:30pm.

The ticket cost may change depending on a number of factors: the type of activity, high and low season, age of participants. The ticket price ranges from a minimum of 1 euro to a maximum of 27 Euros.
