If it’s the kind of journey you’d like to live, you just have to choose your favorite from these 5 adventure parks of Sicily.

 

1. Parco avventura Madonie (Palermo)

Canopy tours, MTB trails, archery ranges, nature tours: in other words, at Adventure Park Madonie there’s everything you could wish to discover the nature of this territory.

How to reach Madonie Park. The park can be easily reached from Palermo, Messina and Catania, while the adventure park is located not far from Petralia Sottana town.

2. Parco avventura Etna (Catania)

It is one of the largest adventure parks of Italy and here you will spend a very pleasant day. Consists of a series of canopy tours, there are 15 routes for children/adults and 115 different “games” from tree to tree.

How to get there. The adventure park is inside Parco Scarbaglio, in the town of Milo. The best way to get there is to take the Catania-Messina motorway, take Giarre exit and follow signs for Milo.

3. Nebrodi adventure park (Messina)

It’s the largest adventure park in the province of Messina and it’s in the charming Bosco Soprano. The paths of Nebrodi adventure park are various platforms installed at different heights, suitable for children and adults.

How to reach Nebrodi Park. From Messina, take the A20 motorway towards Palermo and take the state highway 116 (Capo d’Orlando-Randazzo) or the state highway 289 (Sant’Agata Militello-Cesarò). The Nebrodi adventure park is in Contrada Pado (Longi).

4. EcoCampus Casaboli (Palermo)

Bridges, nets, swinging logs, walkways and cableways: this is what awaits you at EcoCampus in Casaboli. The trails are suitable for everyone.

How to get there. From Palermo, take the freeway towards Sciacca, take Giacalone exit and follow the road signs to Pioppo. From Pioppo, follow the road signs to Casaboli and to EcoCampus.

5. Parco avventura bosco d’Alcamo (Trapani)

On the west coast of Sicily, this adventure park offers six different trails, suitable for children and adults, and immersed in the natural treasure of Alcamo Forest.

How to get there. On A29 motorway, take Alcamo exit. From Alcamo, follow the road signs to Riserva naturale bosco d’Alcamo.
