Tango fest Palermo: all the pleasure of your favourite dance

Sensual, enveloping, romantic. In a word: tango. Which, not surprisingly, is your favourite dance and you never miss an opportunity to attend an event, also because it means organizing a trip that will surely prove to be pleasant. Well, we can provide you the reason for your next vacation: it is the 2018 edition of the Tango fest Palermo, which will be held in the Sicilian capital from 26 to 29 July.

The program

From Thursday 26 July to Sunday 29 July, the program offers everything that can delight any tango enthusiast: milongas, courses, competitions, performances by some well-known masters of national and international caliber. And speaking of masters, some of the couples who will perform at the Tango fest Palermo 2018 are Maja Petrovic and Marko Miljevic, Maria Filali and Gianpiero Galdi, Soledad Larretapia and Octavio Fernandez.

How to get

To get to Palermo and start with your next vacation dedicated (also) to the tango, you have to do something very simple: book in time a place on one of the ferries to Sicily. The Sicilian capital, in particular, is well connected with some of the main ports of the mainland, namely Civitavecchia, Cagliari, Livorno, Naples, Genoa and Salerno.

• Finally (because the holiday is not over yet), there are still the surroundings of Palermo to see: by car (which you can embark on the ferry), you will take very little to get to Cefalu, Madonie Park, Isola delle Femmine and Segesta.
